Megan is a sweet 10 year old Chihuahua with a gentle heart and a shy nature. She may take a little time to feel safe with new people, but once she’s out of her shell, her personality blossoms. She loves nothing more than playing with her little toys, following her favourite humans around the house, and curling up for cuddle time. If you’re looking for a quiet, affectionate companion who enjoys calm company and gentle fun, Megan could be the perfect match.

She’s housetrained, walks beautifully on the lead, and enjoys her daily strolls at a relaxed pace. At night, she would adore a cosy spot on a human bed, snuggled in and feeling secure. She could live with children aged 12 and up who understand her gentle nature. Megan cannot live with cats.

Megan is hoping for a family who is home often, she’s a little velcro girl who loves being close to her people and thrives on companionship. She is timid around other dogs, however, she could possibly live with a calm, smaller dog, provided a slow and successful introduction takes place. Megan does have ongoing medical issues which can be discussed in more detail with potential adopters.
