Foxy's ideal home
Foxy is looking for a quiet home where she can be the only pet and where any children are over the age of 12. She is house trained and once settled could be left for around 2-3 hours. Foxy is a sweet but shy girl who will need her new family to be willing to meet her a few times here at the centre before taking her home and allowing her the time to come round at her own pace. Foxy has grade 2 luxating patella and currently on pain relief that she may need to stay on. This cost will need to be considered when applying for adoption.
Could you be Foxy's perfect match?
Foxy has found kennels a little overwhelming at times and particularly struggles with so many people she doesn't know passing by, so is currently settling better in a quieter area of site where there are no passing public. Once out on a walk though she is much more likely to come round for a tasty treat or two and appreciates a calm and hands off approach at first. Once she knows you she she does enjoy fuss and attention and gets a lot more confidence from having her known people around her. Although Foxy does seem to enjoy the company of calm and quiet dogs for on lead walks, she will need to be the only dog in the home as she does not appreciate anybody too full on and has previously had altercations with other dogs in the home.
