Biscuit's ideal home

8 year old Biscuit has come to us through no fault of her own with her son, Wiggly and Wiggly’s dad Oreo. She is a lovely, affectionate, lady who is can be shy and wary with new people at first and a little vocal, but she does calm down fairly quickly. She has lived in a home before with her chi family and ideally, she would do better in a new home where they could stay together (especiallu with hubby Oreo) . However, we know this is a big ask, so we will consider rehoming separately. She is a typical vocal chihuahua when visitors come, but again does settle after a while. She would prefer not to be left for long periods, but we feel she would cope with up to 4 hours of leaving. Biscuit is not a fan of other dogs, other than Oreo and Wiggly, but even then, they still have their family squabbles! Biscuit could live with children and would prefer a home with a garden, as she is not super used to going on walks and having a garden to practice in would be useful.

Could you be Biscuit's perfect match?

Biscuit is definitely a character and if you have experience of the breed, we think you will love her. She is snappy with other dogs so you would not be able to walk her with other dogs easily, so if that doesn’t matter to you then she would be a perfect companion. We would love Biscuits new owner to consider taking Oreo too as they have always been together and if you're taking 2, why not make it 3 with Wiggly! Biscuit will not need a lot of exercise but would like little adventures in less busy places. If Biscuit sounds like the pawfect partner for you, then please visit the centre or apply online.
