About This Dog

Maxi's ideal home

Maxi is an 18-month-old little fluffy ball of energy who is looking for a kind, understanding home to help him continue building his confidence. He is friendly when meeting new people and enjoys attention, and he’s good when meeting other dogs, especially those who are smaller and calm in nature. Maxi could happily live with another dog of similar size and temperament, as well as cats and small furries. He can also live with children aged 11+ who are respectful of his small size and understand when he needs a little space. Maxi enjoys playtime and is slowly starting to enjoy getting out and exploring the world around him.

Could you be Maxi's perfect match?

Maxi would suit a home that can offer patience, reassurance, and a steady routine. He will need access to a secure outdoor space, as he can be worried by loud noises and benefits from feeling safe in his environment. Once settled, Maxi can be left for a few hours, but he will need time and consistency to help him adjust to his new home. His must-haves include a secure garden, calm canine companions if living with another dog, and adopters committed to continuing his positive exposure to new experiences at his pace. In return, Maxi will bring fun, affection, and a loyal little shadow to brighten your days.
